South African house music legend Black Coffee is set to make history as the first DJ to headline London’s iconic Old Royal Naval College, a renowned UNESCO World Heritage Site.

This groundbreaking performance will take place on Friday, August 1st, marking the launch of the brand-new open-air concert series, “Labyrinth on the Thames.” Known for curating some of the UK’s most dynamic live music events, Labyrinth has chosen Black Coffee to kick off the series with an unforgettable, one-night-only show—his only London performance of the summer.

The event will feature cutting-edge production by High Scream, the creative powerhouse behind Black Coffee’s acclaimed residency at Hï Ibiza, promising a spectacular audio-visual experience that complements the historic setting.

“As someone of South African heritage myself, it brings me great joy to announce Black Coffee as the first act at this breathtaking location,” said Nick Castleman, Founder of Labyrinth. “Black Coffee’s journey and achievements are endlessly inspiring, and we couldn’t have imagined a more fitting artist to launch this venue.”

“Labyrinth on the Thames” will span two weekends in August, showcasing an eclectic lineup of headliners. Beyond the music, the series aims to foster community engagement through local partnerships, priority access for nearby residents, and opportunities for youth and emerging talent to participate.

🎟️ Pre-sale tickets for Black Coffee’s performance go live on January 30th at 10 AM GMT.
