While  mzansi continues to congratulate Zakes Bantwini on his first Grammy award, Bantwini thanked his late parents for always supporting his dreams.

“Took me 17 years to find my path, I stayed true to myself & dreams, despite all the hardships that presented themselves,” said Zakes Bantiwini on an Instagram post.

He further, showed some highest gratitudes to his late parents for always believing in him and also supporting his dreams.

“Unkulunkulu uNumber I ” (God is indeed number one) said Zakes on his Instagram post.

Zakes Bantwini, Wouter Kellerman and Nomcebo Zikode are expected to return today, around 9:30am.

Moreover, South Africans gather around OR Tambo international airport to welcome back the award-winning musicians, along with celebrating their Grammy award win.
